Intel® Active System Console 3.0 - важная (или единственная?) часть Intel® System Management Software (ISM). О ней на форуме 3nity.Опыт (28.01.10). Открывается только под записью локального (на администрируемом сервере), ВСТРОЕННОГО администратора! Вероятно я сам так настроил при установке, но как теперь это изменить не понятно....
Устанавливать не просто!

The Intel® Active System Console 3.0 is part of the Intel® System Management Software 3.0 distribution.
The Intel® Active System Console 3.0 requires the following to operate properly:
User is an Administrator
- Microsoft* Windows* 2000 or Microsoft* Windows* XP or later version,
- Latest Service Pack for the operating system being used
- Internet Information Services (IIS)
- MSI(Microsoft Windows Installer) version(?)
- Microsoft* .Net Compact Framework 2.0,
- ASP .NET 2.0,
- Microsoft* .Net Compact Framework 3.0,
- Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
- Intel Server Management Agent, version 3.0
Если разрешения на системный диск изменены (как у нас), то при попытке подключиться будет выдана ошибка- System.Web.HttpException: The current identity (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'
Решение- дать записи Network Service полный доступ к подпапкам и файлам папки C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework (если С:- системный диск) .

в строке браузера введите
